6. Traction rubber roller diameter and widthΦ90mm×320mm, the material is PU;
7. Steel roller clutch adopt both side pneumatic execute at the same time, cylinder diameter Φ50mm×20mm stroke, air pressure adjust freely
8.Traction steel roller is drvied by frequency conversion motor independently, transfer by synchronization belt( frequency conversion motor);
9.Rewinding shaft adopt batten air shaft size 3 inch Φ74mm;
10.Rewinding shaft independently, vector frequency conversion motor drive, transfer synchronization (frequency conversion motor);
11.Overall machine middle transition guide roller is made of aluminum alloy, the surface of it anode treatment.(called brown guide roller) its static and dynamic equilibrium ±4g. Gluing size: Φ30mm—Φ300mm,gluing max. speed: 300m/min,Center-seal&gusset precision : ±0.3mm;
